To be eligible to receive services as a patient from HealthNet Albemarle, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older;
- Live or work in the following counties: Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, Perquimans;
- Be uninsured or underinsured;
- Those awaiting approval for assistance programs (Medicaid, Medicare, etc.) may be eligible for short-term services in the case of immediate need;
- Have household income less than the limits* shown here.
No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, sex, handicap, or disabilities. United States citizenship is not a requirement in meeting residency eligibility.
Spanish interpreters are available at the clinic daily.
