To be eligible to receive services as a patient from HealthNet Albemarle, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older;
- Live or work in the following counties: Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, Perquimans;
- Be uninsured or underinsured;
- Those awaiting approval for assistance programs (Medicaid, Medicare, etc.) may be eligible for short-term services in the case of immediate need;
- Have household income less than the limits* shown here.
- No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Our discounted fee schedule is based on family size and income.
No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, sex, handicap, or disabilities.
Spanish interpreters are available at the clinic daily.
